Michael and Doreen Raschemann founded Energiequelle together with their former partner Joachim Uecker - and to this day, they remain at the helm. The company’s roots go back to their kitchen table in Kallinchen, just outside Berlin. But what truly makes Energiequelle feel like home is the sense of togetherness shared by everyone here: from managers and specialists to students and trainees. We keep hierarchies flat, doors open, and communication informal. What matters most to us is looking out for one another - and that includes you!
